Mia completed her Master of Physiotherapy from Swinburne University and has since been working in private practice. She is a dedicated Physiotherapist with a strong background in sport and exercise science. Her holistic, exercise-focused approach to rehabilitation is based in completion of her Bachelor's in Sport and Exercise Science. Mia’s passion for movement and rehabilitation shines through her work, she tailors treatment plans that integrate both hands-on therapy and exercise to help clients achieve their goals.
Currently, Mia divides her time between private practice and working with elite athletes. She plays an active role as a Physiotherapist and sports trainer for both the Carlton Football Club’s AFL and VFL teams, as well as for the local Banyule Football Club. In addition to her clinical work, she shares her expertise as a tutor in the Master of Physiotherapy program at RMIT University. Mia is an avid runner and has a particular interest in treating running-related injuries. She enjoys designing personalised running programs and running-specific strength training plans, helping runners at all levels return to peak performance. Whether working with professional athletes or weekend warriors, Mia is passionate about helping her clients regain strength and mobility through movement-focused rehabilitation
